Hi! I'm Optical Refraction Assistant

Hello everyone! I would like to introduce myself.

My name is Choirul Nisak, people know me as Nisa, because that name is common and easy to recognize, but you can call me Choi to differentiate me from other people.

I was born in Malang, East Java, 25 years ago. Currently I have been living in Bontang, East Borneo since 2018, so I have been here for 6 years.

I like sports, like running. Running can help the body to release happy hormones, which are serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. Those hormones can reduce pain and provide positive energy to the body. As an introvert personality, running can be a great way to spend time for myself, while listening to music. 

Sometimes I spend time once a week enjoying coffee latte. Just in a small portion, because I suffer from gastric acid disease.

At the end of the day, I read some books to help me fall asleep soundly. I do it regularly, To minimize screen time before bed, because too much cell phone before bed can cause insomnia.  

My daily activity is as an optician refraction assistant at Bontang Optics. The only glasses shop in Bontang that serves Social Health Insurance Administration Body. About 200 cases every month. Our optics are open every day from 9 am to 10 pm. I can't believe it's been 6 years since I've been involved in the world of eyewear.

In 2024, I had the opportunity to get a scholarship from my workplace to study at ARO Gapopin Jakarta. I'm not gonna let this opportunity pass me by, because this is a chance to deepen my knowledge in the field of optometry. I hope that the knowledge I have gained can be used to help the wider community.
